We know Slack can get messy, so we want to make it easy to limit the clutter of tickets in your Slack channels. You can have tickets automatically disappear from channels after they've been solved.
To turn this on, message the BubbleIQ bot admin.
Then, click Configure under Advanced Preferences. There you will find the option to Remove Bubble on Solve. Set this to true.
That's it! When a ticket is now solved from Zendesk or Slack it will magically disappear from the channel.
