One of the best things about Slack is how easy it makes collaboration across different teams and departments. When organized well, each channel is focused on specific topics to keep the whole team informed while making sure no one is distracted.
BubbleIQ lets you bring the power of channel based collaboration to your whole customer support team by making it easy to move support tickets from one channel to another during escalations, triaging, or other important processes.
To enable this functionality, go to your admin settings by messaging the BubbleIQ bot admin and click the Bubble Move Selector button.
Set the "Enable Moving Bubbles" field to True.
Now, the next time you create a Bubble, it will have a new field on it for moving Bubbles.
This field automatically pulls in the public channels in your workspace and lets you pick from any of them to move the Bubble into that channel. If the bot has not yet been invited to the channel, it will invite itself and then post in the channel.
NOTE: Moving Bubbles between channels currently only supports public channels. You cannot move Bubbles to a private channel (yet!).
