It's easy for Slack to get cluttered, and we want you to help keep it as organized as possible. Once a ticket has been solved, it can be nice to remove it from that Slack channel.
To do this, go into your admin settings by messaging the BubbleIQ bot admin in Slack.
Then click Configure under advanced preferences.
Under "Remove Bubble on Solve", select True.
That's it! Tickets will now remove themselves from Slack channels once they are solved.
