You can search for Zendesk tickets that have been synced with Slack using BubbleIQ.
If you are in a Slack channel, use "@bubbleiq search". This will search for tickets in this channel. If you're an admin, you will be able to see tickets from today, or filter them by status or keyword.
The color to the left of the ticket represents the status of the ticket. You can click on it to open up the thread of that ticket.
