Setting up BubbleIQ to connect Salesforce Service Cloud and Slack takes less than 5 minutes.
Click this link and authorize Slack and Salesforce: Connect Slack + Salesforce
This will automatically create a new channel in Slack called #bubbleiq_how_to. Follow the instructions in the channel to make your first Case from Slack.
It will also automatically create 3 Workflow Rules in Salesforce. No need to modify these for now.
Last, a field will be automatically added to the Case layout called "Send to Slack channel". You can select "Send to Slack" on any ticket and it will post to the #bubbleiq_how_to channel.
That's it! You've synced your first Cases with Slack.
