Zendesk ticket forms are a great way to have a required set of fields for when new tickets are created.
BubbleIQ integrates with ticket forms by allowing you to link the /support slash command in Slack with a ticket form so that any time that command is used, a Slack form launches with the fields from that form.
To set it up, first, create the Zendesk ticket form you would like. It can have up to 3 additional fields besides subject and description.
Then, message the BubbleIQ bot "admin" and under "enable Ticket Form from Slash Command", click "Enable & Configure." Select "true" and then select the ticket form from the dropdown menu.
That's it! Now when you use the /support or /helpdesk command, a form will launch in Slack.
