BubbleIQ allows you to turn direct messages (DMs) in Slack into Zendesk tickets.
In order to access the message history between two people in a DM, at least one of those people has to have authorized the BubbleIQ bot.
So, in order to allow your internal IT or HR team to mark messages they receive as a DM, each person on the team needs to complete the Slack authorization process. It's just a few quick steps:
- Have them go to BubbleIQ.com and click "Add to Slack"
- Make sure the appropriate Slack team is shown in the top right corner of the OAuth page, and click the green "Authorize" button
That's it! They do not need to authorize Zendesk again on the following page.
