You can turn direct messages (DMs) in Slack into Zendesk tickets.
In order to access the message history between two people in a DM, at least one of the team members in the DM conversation has to have BubbleIQ authorized.
So, in order to allow your internal IT or HR team to mark messages they receive as a DM, each person on the team needs to complete the Slack authorization process.
- Go to https://www.bubbleiq.com/.
- Click Add to Slack.
- Make sure the appropriate Slack workspace is shown in the top right corner of the OAuth page
- Click the green Authorize button.
