We're excited to announce the launch of one of our most requested features, assigning tickets to Zendesk agents from Slack!
This feature is now available for all BubbleIQ customers. Click the "Edit Ticket" button on any ticket in Slack, and you will see the assign dropdown menu.
Tickets can be assigned to individual agents or groups.
