Users in Slack can search for tickets that have been synced with Zendesk.
To search for tickets, users can either mention the bot, "@bubbleiq search", or they can direct message the bot "search." Non-admin users will see a list of the tickets they have created:
The color represents the status of that ticket. They can click on any of the tickets and see the latest responses, and respond if they want to.
Admins can also search and view tickets by date, status, or keyword.
