If you are sending tickets from Zendesk to Slack using a Zendesk Trigger, you can choose which Slack channel you want the tickets to post to. By default, it will post to the first channel you invite the BubbleIQ bot into.
If you would like to change that, just mention the bot, followed by "zendesk-channel".
The bot will respond to confirm that the channel has been set. Any ticket that matches the criteria of the BubbleIQ trigger in Zendesk will now post to that channel!
