When sending tickets from Zendesk to Slack, BubbleIQ will post to the first channel you invite the BubbleIQ bot into. However, with a Zendesk Trigger, you can choose which Slack channel you want the Zendesk tickets to post to.
To do this
- @-mention the BubbleIQ bot, followed by "zendesk-channel".
- BubbleIQ bot will respond to confirm the channel has been set. Any ticket that matches the criteria of the BubbleIQ trigger in Zendesk will now post to that channel!
