By default, when a response is posted to a ticket in Zendesk that is synced with Slack through BubbleIQ, it will post to the Slack thread. If it is a public response, it will post normally. If it is an internal note, it will post with an [IN] before the message.
However, it is common that BubbleIQ users don't want internal notes or public responses to post to Slack.
To filter out responses, just have the BubbleIQ admin message the bot "admin", and click the appropriate box on these two options:
By default, both are true. You can make either or both false by clicking "False."
