BubbleIQ's price is based on the number of Zendesk agents you have that are using the product. We measure this based on:
- the number of tickets/bubbles you have synced between Zendesk and Slack
- the users that are responding to and modifying tickets from either Zendesk or Slack
For each interaction, we look at the user's email. If they are an agent, that counts towards the monthly pricing. If they are just a regular Slack user or end user, that does not count towards the monthly pricing.
